Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders across India using trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders: Free standard shipping within India.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, applicable charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available only for domestic orders below ₹5,000.
  • OTP verification of the mobile number is mandatory for all COD orders.
  • We reserve the right to confirm COD orders before dispatch.
  • COD may be disabled for certain pin codes, order values, or customers, at our discretion.

Return to Origin (RTO)

  • RTO refers to orders returned to us due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • In case of RTO for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order will be treated as cancelled.
  • Shipping and return logistics charges incurred due to RTO are non-refundable.
  • Re-dispatch of RTO orders may be allowed only on prepaid basis, subject to confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to restrict COD for customers with repeated RTO instances.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary during festive periods, sales, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
In rare cases of unexpected delays or product unavailability, we will notify you via email.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on request. Please write to hello@seychah.com with your delivery country and postal code for assistance.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes (if applicable) are borne by the customer and are payable directly to the courier or local customs authority.
