Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in presenting and packing our sarees. If there is an issue with your order, please read the policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval at our sole discretion.
We accept return or exchange requests only in cases of:
- damaged product
- wrong product delivered
- Unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by writing to hello@seychah.com with clear photos and order details.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of handloom and festive sarees, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- personal preference
- colour variation
- change of mind
- fit or drape expectations
Minor variations in colour, weave, or texture are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is borne by the customer
This applies to all approved returns, including change-of-mind returns.
Refunds – Prepaid Orders
- Once the return is approved and passes inspection, the refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–10 working days after inspection
- Shipping charges are not included in the refund
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are eligible for returns only after successful delivery.
- Approved COD returns are processed as: Store credit or Exchange
- Cash refunds are not issued for COD orders. Store credit can be used for future purchases and will be shared after return approval.
Return to Origin (RTO)
RTO refers to orders returned to us due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
In such cases:
- The order will be treated as cancelled.

Shipping and return logistics charges are non-refundable.
- Re-dispatch, if approved, will be done only on prepaid basis.
We reserve the right to restrict COD for customers with repeated RTO instances.
Sale / Discounted Items
Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage.
